I did not sleep well last night, I’m pretty sure it was a result of jet lag and continued worry about Nora and how things are going to go with her treatment. I got up this morning a little bit before 6 AM and went down to McDonald’s for coffee. Ralph he was there and then later some of the others came in and was kind like a little reunion. They all mentioned that I had lost weight which I didn’t realize until I was on the scales this morning and weighed 200 pounds. It’s a beautiful day outside nice and sunshine but last night I could not get warm at all. So I put my fuzzy blanket on the bed and that helped a little bit but I may have to turn the heat up a little bit until I can acclimatize myself to Oregon weather again. I need to call USCIS and also go to Wells Fargo Bank and perhaps call Dr. Thayer and make an appointment with him.
